Positive Mindset

“What shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world—and loses his health?”

, How to Stop Worrying and Start Living

All of us know the benefits of positive thinking. We are aware that it is challenging to remain positive amidst difficult times.

Positive mindset can help a person be healthy and proactive, as indicated by researchers.

It is not difficult to develop a positive mindset. It is important to be mindful of the thoughts that cross our mind ,at least for a few minutes every day. We emphasize on beginning the day with an attitude of gratitude. During the day, observe what’s going on inside of you ,for a few minutes. This practice helps you to stay grounded, gives a sense of clarity and strengthens your purpose of work. It will definitely help you become productive and build relations that are enriching.

How to cultivate this mindset?

a) Gratitude journaling – This site has several resources on gratitude journaling. Pick up one practice to appreciate your blessings.

b)Connect with like minded people – There are people who spread positivity and good cheer all the time – these are our precious connects!

c)Work with enthusiasm – Enjoy whatever you do , include humour and clean, light moments as you work. Do not end the day with a sense of overwhelm.

d)Watch – Watch what you watch. Visuals can be very disturbing and can take you on a downward spiral. Nourish your mind with good thoughts

e)Spread positive news – Share news that is positive. Our genuine, collective thoughts can change the world for the better.

It is said what we see now in the outside world was first created in our minds. Our thoughts then can actually be the blueprint of what’s happening in the world now.

We should be able to create positive thoughts and therefore, a happy world – where everyone is at their creative best and feels loved, safe and secure.

Self Talk
Our self talk is important – are we kind , helpful, gracious and generous when we talk to our self? Do we realize that most of our worries, (thankfully) do not materialize?
